Who to Contact

Within one year of graduation, DU alumni continue to receive full services from their student career center.

Those alumni who graduated from the Sturm College of Law or a graduate program at the Daniels College of Business or Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs may receive specialized services from the career center in their school. Please reach out to your school's contact with any questions:

  • What should I do if I can’t log into PCO?

    There are a few different options to try. Please see below for which option best fits your needs. 

    1. Try logging in using your DU email address. If you still use your email, you can try resetting your password on the PCO main homepage. 

    2. If you no longer use your DU email but know your 87#, you can try a university password reset

    3. If you don’tknow your 87# and no longer use a DU email, contact DU IT Help Center for assistance with 87# retrieval and alumni identity verification.

  • What if I don’t know my DU ID (87#)?

    IT Help Center can help you retrieve your 87# and verify your alumni account so you can access PCO and other university systems. Alumni identity verification may be needed.

  • My DU email is inactive; can I request a new one?

    Yes, contact the IT Help Center. Please note that if your DU email account is not used regularly, it will be closed after one year of inactivity.
