Animals and Human Health Certificate Program
Enrollment is generally capped at thirteen students per cohort and a thorough application is necessary to be considered for the program. The application will also be used to provide instructors with student biographical information.
There is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $20. Applicants will be notified via e-mail of either acceptance into a specific cohort or placement on the waitlist for future cohorts. Students will receive detailed registration and payment information via e-mail as cohorts become available.

Payment can be made in full or in installments which are due before each course begins ($1200 before the Core course, $900 before the Applications course, $900 before the Animal Partners course, and $0 before the Capstone session). Payments are made online by credit/debit card. Special arrangements can be made for third-party payers.
Orientation to Animal-Assisted Interventions Course
This application is also utilized for admission to the Orientation to Animal-Assisted Interventions course. Please complete all application elements and notate your interest in the Orientation course accordingly. This application and application fee will also remain active for entry to the Animals and Human Health Certificate Program upon completion of the Orientation course.
Once your application is received, accepted and processed, you will receive instructions to register and pay for the course via e-mail. Registration and payment is conducted online with credit/debit card.
The Orientation to Animal-Assisted Interventions course fee is $500. Payment is due upon registration and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
