Kevin Reddy, Chairman and CEO of Noodles & Company, joined the highly successful, fast-casual concept in 2005 after serving in leadership roles with both McDonald’s and Chipotle Mexican Grill. During his tenure at Noodles, the company has more than doubled in size and today, Kevin provides leadership for hundreds of restaurants across the U.S. and growing. He’s active in the community and has served or currently serves on various nonprofit and for-profit boards of directors including the executive advisory board to the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver.
Kevin began his career with McDonald's in 1983 as a regional controller, and moved into leadership positions in domestic field management, international staff management and home office operations. While at Chipotle from 1998 to 2005, Kevin served as chief operating officer, chief operations officer and a restaurant support officer.
Kevin's distinguished career and achievements have been recognized most recently by being named a 2010 Ernst & Young Rocky Mountain “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” winner and receiving Nation's Restaurant News' prestigious, editor’s choice “Golden Chain Award”. The publication also named him a 2010 and 2011 "Top 10 Who to Watch" executive. At the end of 2009, Kevin also was named Restaurant Business magazine's “Entrepreneur of the Year”.
Kevin received is bachelor’s of science degree is accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Voices of Experience speaker series is a free event and open to the public.
We also offer CLE/CPE/CEU and NACD credits for attending.
