Home Depot Supply Chain Transformation
The Home Depot has undergone one of the largest supply chain transformations in retail history. In bringing multiple Rapid Deployment Centers on-line simultaneously, Home Depot achieved better in-stock positions, better inventory returns, and increased margins – even in a declining sales environment.
Join us on Friday, May 25th as Charles Armstrong – Vice President, Supply Chain / Distribution at The Home Depot shares with The University of Denver Supply Chain Roundtable what worked and what the surprises were. Gain a better understanding of when to decide on a transformation of your supply chain, and what variables must be managed when planning and executing a major transformation.
Date: May 25th
Time: 7:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Location: Craig Hall, University of Denver Campus, 2148 South High Street, Denver
